With the Annual Platinum Membership, you are only required to pay once every 12 months, with the first payment coming out when you begin your Membership.
With the Monthly Platinum Membership, you are still committing to on-going monthly payments, where you will be billed once per month.
No. Challenges will only be available during the Challenge period! If you are completing a Program and you want to partake in our Challenge, we recommend starting the Challenge on the given start date.
Once you complete the Challenge, you will have the ability to go back and continue your previous MWU Program or start a new one.
You can start Programs at any time throughout the year.
Yes. Our Platinum Membership will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 2 business days before the end of the current billing period. This applies to both our Annual and Monthly Membership.
We have a number of challenges released every year. We have already locked in the dates, and we will release more information about upcoming Challenges closer to their Start Date. Have a look at our calendar above for some insights.
Monthly Platinum Members
In the event you cancel your membership, we will charge a minimum of (4) monthly charges. Cancellations after 4 months will take effect at the end of the current billing period, without any penalty. To process this cancellation, contact Move With Us at info@movewithus.com. Upon such cancellation, you will have access to the MWU App for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.
Annual Platinum Members
In the event you cancel your Platinum Annual Membership before the end of your current billing period, you agree that you are cancelling the auto-renewal, and no refund will be issued. To process this cancellation, contact Move With Us at info@movewithus.com. Upon such cancellation, you will have access to the MWU App for the remainder of the duration that you have paid for.
In-App Purchases
The cancellation will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that App Store.
You will continue to have access to your active Program extending the expiry date to 12 months. * Not available for Challenges.
Trials are not available for Membership. You can trial a Program for 7 days receiving full access to the Move With Us App, including a week of workouts of your chosen Program and customised Meal Guide tailored to your dietary requirements and goals.
Your access will not accumulate or stack up; instead, your new 12-month access period will commence from the day you make the order.
