From her early days participating in team sports to her eventual transformation into a three-time Bikini World Champion, Rachel has always been driven by a passion for an active lifestyle. When she was young, Rachel, like many, struggled with an all-or-nothing approach to fitness. She would restrict herself from enjoying the foods she loved, engage in excessive cardio, and let the scale dictate her progress. As she progressed on her journey, she realised fitness is about balance and finding what works for YOU.

Throughout her journey, Rachel developed one clear goal – to educate and empower as many women as possible on their own health and fitness journeys. "What started as my very own fitness journey has turned into empowering more than 200,000 women around the world. I'm extremely proud of the community we've built, but even more proud of the inspirational women who are a part of it."

Olivia May

Professional Beach Sprinter & MWU Athletic Performance Coach

Olivia's journey began at a very young age, when she fell in love with being active, becoming an athlete, and training to be the best version of herself. Olivia believes that fitness begins with the right mindset. It's more than just the way you look; it's about how you feel. It’s believing that you can achieve anything you set your mind to – because you can.

While being active has always been an integral part of her life, it was in 2020 that she discovered her love for sprinting and began training in the gym. "I am proud to say I am now eating over 3x as much, and I am physically capable of things I never thought possible. It’s all about mindset. Start focusing more on what you can do, instead of what you look like." As Olivia's journey has progressed, so has her passion—now dedicated to guiding others on how to fuel their bodies and enhance performance both in and outside of the gym.

From a young age, Annabelle has led an active lifestyle, sparking her passion for health and fitness. As her journey evolved and her mindset shifted, she devoted time to learn more about nutrition and discover a way to move her body that she genuinely enjoyed.

“I am so passionate about my style of training and workouts that are challenging enough that they push you to the limit and make you realise just how much more you are capable of.” For Annabelle, fitness is about finding your balance, moving in a way you love, and building a healthy relationship with food - something she’s now excited to help other women achieve too.

Wellness Educator & Move With Us Yoga Coach

Ana's passion for wellness, and specifically Yoga, stems from her personal journey through fertility and healing. Now, she is dedicated to empowering individuals, especially women, to take charge of their well-being, lead purposeful lives, and embrace mindful living.

"I am deeply passionate about yoga and its transformative power. My specialties include Vinyasa, Restorative and Kemetic Yoga. So whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, there's something for everyone in my sessions." When she's not immersed in her work, Ana loves traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children.

Lisa Nicolaisen

Mind Body Fitness Expert & MWU Pilates Coach

Lisa's love for health and fitness began with her background in dancing. After facing injuries and an unhealthy relationship with her mind and body, she discovered Pilates during her recovery and found a new passion for movement. Since then, she has transformed her mindset, built a positive self-image, and embraced fitness as part of her everyday life.

“From the age of 3, dance was my life and I dreamt of becoming a professional dancer. I left school to study for my advanced diploma in performing arts, during this I learnt just as much about the mind and body as I did about dance. When I encountered injuries, I turned to Pilates as rehab and fell in love with it.” Now, Lisa is passionate about sharing Pilates and the incredible impact it can have on both mind and body.

For Emma, health and fitness have always been part of her lifestyle - from a childhood filled with sports to becoming a trainer, stepping on stage to compete, and now balancing fitness with motherhood. "When I first joined the gym I found it intimidating, but once I let go of what other people thought and started lifting weights, I fell in love."

During her comp prep, Emma discovered the benefits of strength training and gradually shifted her focus from aesthetics to a more holistic approach to health. "When I became a mother for the first time, I was presented with a new set of challenges and had to make adjustments to my lifestyle." Now, she combines strength training, Pilates, and quick, effective workouts into a postpartum routine - and is passionate about helping other women do the same.

Alexandra Milne

LIFTING EXPERT & MOVE WITH US STRENGTH COACH

Alexandra has always been athletic, participating in netball, dancing, track, and competitive cheerleading, and going to the gym throughout high school. At 17, balancing health and fitness became a struggle due to her demanding university schedule.

Though her passion for fitness continued, she found herself stuck in a cycle of trying random training and nutrition approaches, leading to frustration and a gym hiatus. Coach Alexandra shares: "I have tried many ways of dieting and training to build the physique, strength, and knowledge I now have." Now, she guides women to enjoy the gym and achieve the results they deserve.

Milly Jackson

Move With Us Pilates Fusion Coach

Originally from England, Milly has a strong background in strength training and CrossFit. After moving to Australia and becoming a Pilates Coach, she combined these passions to create a unique Pilates style.

Milly's fitness journey began in 2018 with a focus on weight loss, but over time, she learned to embrace her body with confidence. "When I started, it was all about aesthetics and weight loss. Now, it’s about living fully and helping others fall in love with movement." Milly encourages others to love what they do and their bodies for doing it.
