Throughout this Program, you’ll experience 6 different types of classes, each designed to target and sculpt different areas of your body.
Our Booty & Abs Pilates Program is designed for the Pilates girl looking for a Challenge. If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Coach Lisa's Pilates Program first.
We recommend choosing a goal of Lose Body Fat for this Program, as it’s ideal for sculpting your glutes and core while reducing the outer layer of body fat to highlight muscle definition when in a deficit. We wouldn't recommend selecting a goal of Muscle Gain for this Program due to the limited equipment and inability to achieve progressive overload. It’s perfect for those looking to shape and define their body.

To complete this Program, you will need:

This Program is suited for Intermediate trainers. However, all Move With Us Programs provide exercise regressions, progressions and swaps to suit your needs.
If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Pilates Program first.
Yes! You will have the option to choose from a 4, 5 or 6 day training split each week.
Throughout this Program, you’ll experience the following classes, each designed to target and sculpt different areas of your body:
Booty Build
Focus on building strong, sculpted glutes using a variety of Pilates props. Expect a mix of Power Pilates, time under tension, and deep burn to target all areas of the glutes for maximum definition.
Toned Upper Body & Abs
A slower-paced, controlled class designed to sculpt the arms, shoulders, and core without high-intensity cardio. Expect resistance exercises using light dumbbells, body weight, and a pilates ball to tone the upper body and improve posture.
Lower Body Sculpt
Designed to complement your booty workouts, this class targets the full lower body, focusing on shaping the quads, lifting the glutes, and strengthening the hamstrings. Using a Pilates ball, ankle weights, and yoga blocks, this class sculpts muscle definition through controlled movement patterns.
High Intensity Full Body
A dynamic fusion of Pilates-inspired movements and high-intensity training designed to challenge and elevate your heart rate. This fast-paced class builds endurance and strength by using light dumbbells, ankle weights, and bodyweight exercises.
Booty & Abs
A hybrid class that simultaneously strengthens and sculpts the glutes while building core strength. This class blends Pilates props with bodyweight movements for a full-body challenge that targets both muscle groups.
Full Body Stretch & Flow
A recovery-focused class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance overall mobility. Slower, controlled movements and deep stretches are paired with focused breathwork to help you relax and reset.

Booty & Abs focuses on sculpting your booty & core, helping you work toward a physical transformation, while the Pilates Program is all about building balance, strengthening your mind and body, and guiding you as you discover Pilates.
Booty & Abs is delivered through guided, follow-along On-Demand sessions for a seamless workout experience. If you prefer to move at your own pace, the Pilates Program is the perfect place to start.
These workouts are designed with minimal equipment, so you can train anytime, anywhere - whether at home or in the gym.
Absolutely! With our Platinum Membership, you receive access to ALL available MWU Programs and Levels, as well as any Challenge that is released during your Membership.
Yes, you certainly can! If you are not ready to purchase our Platinum Membership, you can join our Program separately. Keep in mind that you will only receive 12 weeks of App Access when purchasing separately.
