The 21 Day Challenge is perfect for you if your goal is to:

Throughout the Challenge you will enjoy a combination of Weighted Workouts, Running, Pilates and Yoga designed for Beginner to Advanced trainers.

The 21-Day Challenge workouts have been designed specifically for this busy time of year and require little to no equipment.
If you're completing the Challenge from home, you'll need:
- Yoga Mat
- Set of Dumbbells
- Booty Band
- Skipping Rope
- Bench or Sturdy piece of Furniture
- TRX Bands
- Resistance or Power Bands
- Set of Ankle Weights
The last day to start the Challenge is December 9th if you want to complete it in full.
You’ll have 4 weeks of App access for the Challenge.
Yes! You will have the option to choose from a 4, 5 or 6 day training split each week.
Yes! You can switch between home and gym workouts by toggling between the dumbbell and home icon in the workouts tab.
