Ingredients & Macros

  • White Potato (Raw) 120g
  • Beef Mince (Lean) (Raw) 100g
  • Cheddar Cheese (Light) (Tasty) 15g
  • Lettuce 20g
  • Olive Oil 4g
  • Special Burger Sauce 30g
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • White Onion, to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • Pickles, to taste

Method

  1. Wash and dry potato. Slice into chip sized pieces and soak in ice water for 15 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry.
  2. Add potato to bowl and drizzle with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add to air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, heat pan over medium heat. Add garlic and diced onion to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add beef mince, paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes while breaking apart with spatula.
  4. Gather mince together and sprinkle cheese over top. Cover pan to let cheese melt.
  5. Assemble bowl: add chips and lettuce to bottom of bowl and top with beef, pickles and special burger sauce.

*Beef and chips can be stored in an airtight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
