Yes! You can use our βRestart Programβ feature allowing you to start the following Monday, however the Challenge is only available for a limited time!

Yes! You will have the option to choose from a 4, 5 or 6-day training split each week.
No matter what Team or Round you choose, you will have access to ALL Rounds and Teams!
If, after completing your questionnaire you find that the Round is too easy, you can change to a new Round or Team. Keep in mind that when you change Rounds, you will prompt a new questionnaire to complete.

Our BBS Challenge has 3 teams to choose from, each with multiple rounds to enjoy. This has been designed to ensure no matter your goal or training experience, there is something for you.
With 4-5 rounds to choose from per team, the rounds increase in difficulty as you progress.
ROUND 1: Perfect for beginners or intermediate ladies who are completing a Challenge with us for the first time.
ROUND 2: A great intermediate level for experienced trainers, or ladies who have completed a MWU Challenge before.
ROUND 3: The ideal round for advanced trainers looking to take it up a level for a serious Challenge.
ROUND 4: We recommend this round for the expert trainers who have completed Round 3 previously, or those who have experience, not just with training, but with various training methods.
ROUND 5: This is our most challenging round yet, with new advanced training methods introduced! This round is exclusive to our Bikini Challenge team. We recommend this round to those who have at least a yearsβ training experience or have completed the previous rounds.
