- 125g Microwave Rice (White)
- 150g Mixed Vegetables
- 90g Chicken Breast (Pre-Cooked) (Packaged)
- Scallions, to taste
- 1tsp Tamari
- Microwave rice as per packet instructions.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add rice, frozen vegetables and soy sauce. Stir over heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken to pan and stir for a further 1 minute before serving.
*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
