Chicken Fried Rice


  • 125g Microwave Rice (White) 
  • 150g Mixed Vegetables
  • 90g Chicken Breast (Pre-Cooked) (Packaged)
  • Scallions, to taste
  • 1tsp Tamari


  1. Microwave rice as per packet instructions.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add rice, frozen vegetables and soy sauce. Stir over heat for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add chicken to pan and stir for a further 1 minute before serving.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
