Strawberry Biscoff Bark

Ingredients (serves 5):
- 250g Strawberries
- 100g Biscoff Spread
- 350g Greek Yoghurt
- 80g Milk Chocolate
- 10g Coconut Oil
Method:
- Lay parchment paper flat in shallow dish.
- Thinly slice strawberries.
- Lay strawberries flat on parchment paper ensuring to touch as closely as possible for minimal gaps.
- In a bowl combine biscoff and yoghurt. Mix together.
- Lay over strawberries and spread evenly.
- Add coconut oil and milk chocolate to microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 15 second intervals and stir until melted.
- Pour over yoghurt and strawberries. Set in freezer for at least two hours.
*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the freezer.
