Strawberry Biscoff Bark

Our Strawberry Biscoff Bark is a match made in heaven & the team's latest obsession. This dessert is not only macro-friendly, but a crowd pleaser & will keep you on track with your goals. Give this recipe a try!

Ingredients (serves 5):

  • 250g Strawberries
  • 100g Biscoff Spread
  • 350g Greek Yoghurt
  • 80g Milk Chocolate
  • 10g Coconut Oil

Method:

  1. Lay parchment paper flat in shallow dish.
  2. Thinly slice strawberries.
  3. Lay strawberries flat on parchment paper ensuring to touch as closely as possible for minimal gaps.
  4. In a bowl combine biscoff and yoghurt. Mix together.
  5. Lay over strawberries and spread evenly.
  6. Add coconut oil and milk chocolate to microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 15 second intervals and stir until melted.
  7. Pour over yoghurt and strawberries. Set in freezer for at least two hours.

*This meal can be stored in an air-tight container and kept in the freezer.
