My passion for fitness developed when I soon realised how beneficial it was for my mind, especially while working full time and attending school. I always tell women, movement is therapy!
I began posting my training style of traditional strength training mixed with HIIT workouts online for women all over the globe to follow along during the COVID pandemic.
Starting a fitness journey can be overwhelming, especially if you have never worked out before. Make sure to find an activity that you enjoy or even try something new as this will make sticking to your fitness journey easier. Additionally, create healthy habits such as eating nutritious meals and getting plenty of rest.
With discipline and consistency, you can achieve your fitness goals as long as you set realistic and achievable standards that you can work towards.
Skye is currently following Level 2 of Express Strength, and incorporating workouts from the Pilates Program and Level 3 Fit Program.
