This Challenge is structured to increase in intensity as the weeks go on, giving you the ability to continuously progress and grow.

Each week includes two weighted sessions, focusing on proper form and lifting heavier weights. These workouts feature a dedicated strength component which includes a Barbell Hip Thrust for the lower body session and a Lat Pull Down for the upper body session. We encourage you to challenge yourself by increasing the weight each fortnight, prioritising form over heavy loads.

You'll also experience a Burn and a Sculpt session, which are both aimed at elevating your heart rate with lighter loads.

In the middle of the week, you'll slow it down with an On-Demand Full Body Stretch Class led by our Pilates Coach, Lisa. These sessions provide a chance for you to rest, slow down, and aid in muscle recovery.

Lastly, you’ll find a Low Impact Circuit targeting the full body that focuses on minimising strain on muscles and joints. This session is designed to be completed at a slower pace than usual, promoting gentle but effective movement.

You will have access to the Project You Challenge for 8 weeks in the Move With Us App.
