Through completing this program, you can expect to master foundational athletic skills, improve both your stability and mobility, build confidence in new movements, and increase overall strength.
What equipment will you need for MOVE WITH MORGAN?
MOVE WITH MORGAN includes both home and gym workout options, allowing you the freedom to train wherever you choose.
Your gym will be equipped with everything you need, but home workouts will require access to:
- A set of dumbbells (ideally two sets, one lighter for upper body, and a heavier set for lower body)
- A skipping rope
- Booty bands
- Ankle weights
- Foam roller
- Broom/stretching stick
- A yoga mat
- Power band
- A bench or platform
When can you begin?
MOVE WITH MORGAN has intakes beginning every Monday, with the next intake commencing on Monday 1 November 2021. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive instructions on how to access our app and begin preparing for Day 1.
