“I cannot express how much I loved doing the 8 Week Challenge. I now have a really healthy relationship with the gym, I enjoy getting up early and get excited to go to the gym 6 days a week even before university as it makes me feel like I’ve accomplished so much even before 8am!! I’ve learnt so much about meal prep, portion control and I’ve enjoyed intermittent fasting! I was looking to tone up my body and I’m so pleased with what I’ve achieved in only 8 weeks.
