The Reset Challenge is best suited for intermediate trainers with 6 months of experience in the gym.
However, we are excited to introduce rep ranges into our Reset Challenge programming to ensure you can train in a way that is best suited to your ability and overall goals.

The Reset Challenge officially begins on the 15th of January.
If you have missed the official start date, not to worry! You can still join our Platinum Membership and access the Reset Challenge until the 11th of March.
The latest start date to be able to complete the entire 6 weeks of the Challenge is the 29th of January.
We believe that progress comes in many forms, so we're giving you not just one, but three ways to win! Simply join our Reset Challenge and choose from the below:
Transform - Share your physical progress by taking an image before and after the Challenge, submit this via our client survey at the end of the Challenge.
Get Social - Share your journey throughout the Challenge via the hashtag #mwuresetchallenge. Get creative and share your experience, whether it's photo carousels, day in the life videos, what I eat in a day content, progress updates or so much more.
Share Your Story - Share your journey through a spoken or written testimonial submitted via our client survey at the end of the Challenge.
You'll receive access on the 8th of January just one week before the Challenge begins.
A standard gym should provide all the equipment required to complete gym workouts. If you're completing the Reset Challenge from home, you'll need:

Yes! You can use our ‘Restart Program’ feature allowing you to start the following Monday. Although, keep in mind you will have access to the Challenge in the App for 8 weeks.
As the sign ups have officially closed for the Reset Challenge, you will need you join our Platinum Membership and then you will be able to access the Reset Challenge until the 11th of March.
Yes! You will have the option to choose from a 4, 5 or 6 day training split each week.
Yes! You can switch between home and gym workouts by toggling between the dumbbell and home icon in the workouts tab.
