Challenge: 6 Week - Team Bikini
"I can easily say this was probably the toughest thing I’ve challenged myself to. The physical side was intense but what was harder was the mental side: finding consistency, not losing motivation, learning to push through and train when exhausted physically and mentally... so many sacrifices were made to succeed in this challenge but I am so proud of myself and what I have achieved, how far I’ve pushed my body as well as the MAJOR improvements in my health both physically and mentally!
I’m so thankful of Rachel and this challenge, I’m ready for the next!"
