This is Patricia's 5 WEEK progress with the 6 Week Shred Program!

"I’m on my 5th week of the Shred Challenge. I hadn’t worked out since October last year due to injuring my back and being told I couldn’t run or do any compound exercises. Over summer I had ballooned and I had lost so much confidence in myself, I would avoid mirrors at all costs. I started this Challenge as a kick up the bum to get me back into the swing of things not expecting to fall in love with the style of training and eating! I am learning so much and this biggest thing I'll take away is GLUTE ACTIVATION actually amazing!! Each day my confidence grows and I’m starting to see my body change. I am so proud of myself for sticking to the program and not self sabotaging. But this is largely due to having such a supportive and inspiring environment!"
