Meet Alexis, our Mindset Coach
Whether you’re trying to de-stress, align your values, or stretch it out with a good Pilates session, Alexis is your girl. Alexis specialises in neuroscience and psychology and is an experienced Pilates instructor (have we mentioned she’s an author too, is there anything this girl can’t do?!).
She’ll be by your side throughout your fitness journey to support your inner transformation, mindset and mental health. Reinvigorate your mind with mindset modules, or take the pace down a notch with live Pilates workouts with Alexis. Don’t have our App? You can catch Alexis on our IG and Community Forum on FB with live chats weekly.
Meet Deanna, our MWU Partner
With years as a Coach, mother and mentor under her belt, Deanna is here to share her wisdom, support and guidance with our entire community. Her mission is to help each and every one of you incredible ladies go beyond the surface, and discover your meaning and purpose to your health and fitness journey.
Want to be BFFs with Deanna already? Us too, girl! Not only can you catch Deanna on our social media pages and Community Forum sharing her wisdom and motivating our girls, but you can also train alongside her with her live workouts right from your App.
The key difference is that our Programs are available year-round, and come with 6 months of access, allowing you to repeat and customise your workouts and journey. Our Programs also have an intake each Monday, so you can sign up when it suits you!
Our Challenges on the other hand only launch 1-2 times a year, making them a lot more exclusive. Challenges run for either 6 or 8 weeks, so everyone can jump on board together and complete the workouts at the same time. For an extra bonus, there’s also a Challenge prize up for grabs for Challenge winners! 🎉
When you move with us, you can choose from many Programs that have all been designed to help you transform in 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Each Program has a specific training style, duration and MWU Coach on hand to help you achieve your goals.

Challenges are only once-offs, so if there are still spots available you can sign up right from the page and you’ll get App access before the Challenge starts. Our Programs have weekly intakes and you’ll receive 6 months of App access for the Program and Round you want. Then celebrate knowing you’ve just taken one huge step in your journey, Queen!
We’ve got you, sis! Knowing what Program or Challenge is right for you can be a bit of a mystery, so we made it as easy as a 30-second plank. Okay, way easier than that. Don’t want to Move With Us in a gym? No problem, sis! We’re all about giving you all the tools you need to get moving anywhere and know the gym isn’t for everyone. Every Program and Challenge comes with home and gym options, and if that’s not enough, you can join our 8 Week Home Transformation Program designed to transform you right from the living room.
We’ll let you know exactly what equipment you need to have on hand, so you can get your move on at home and blast the latest Biebs album free from any judgement glares. Your cat might be judging you, but they always do that.
Normally when you join a Challenge you’ll have App access for the duration of the Challenge and one week at the beginning to get you acquainted, but right now you can sign up for our first MWU Challenges and get 4 extra weeks of access added at the end!
When you join a Program, you’ll get 6 months of App access for your chosen Program and Round. Then you’re free to master your Program, customise your workouts and carve out a journey that suits you.
If you’ve joined a Program and a Round and started your fitness journey, we want you to be able to experience the journey in full. So, unfortunately, you’re not able to swap out your Rounds or Programs once you’ve kicked things off.
We want you to love every Program you decide to join and our team has plenty of very handy tips on how to customise your workouts and make each Program your own! If you’d like to take things up a notch with your Program or need help choosing the right one, we’re just one email away on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Not everyone is the commitment type, and we get it! If you want to dip your Nike’s in and see what MWU is all about, each of our Programs comes with a completely free 7-day trial. That means you can squat, hip thrust and bicep curl to your heart's desire before taking the plunge with us.
Our Challenges are one-off fitness journeys that we want you to start and finish with us, so unfortunately there’s no free trial for them. But if you need to know more before committing our team is ready and waiting to answer all your questions at email@example.com.
You’re definitely not made to, but we encourage it! Not only can your Before and After pics be submitted to our Challenge Prizes (if you’re doing one), but they are a great way to track your progress and see just how far you’ve come. We know they can be scary, but progress pics show you what an incredible journey you’ve started, and where you can go from here.
While we know some of you ladies are all about the workouts, and some of you are all about the delicious dishes, they do come as a package pair. We tailor your Meal Guide to your workout plan and your goals, so they work in tandem to help you achieve every goal and go further on your journey.
We want each and every one of you ladies to love your journey with us, so if you’re not totally loving it we want to help!

If you’re a superhuman Queen who’s expecting or breastfeeding your bub, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting any Program or Challenge with us.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (especially while caring for a little human!) is so different for everyone. Your Doctor will be the best to advise what activity level and calorie consumption you should be aiming for.
If you are joining us, please keep in mind that our exercises and nutrition hasn’t been adjusted to pregnancy and breastfeeding, and you may need to adjust your workouts and meals to suit you. Also — we’re in awe of you, Supermum!

Welcome to the sisterhood, Queen! We can’t wait to see what you achieve.
If you’ve signed up on our website, head to the App Store and download our App then log in with the email address you signed up with. If you signed up for a Challenge you’ll need to wait until the week before your Challenge begins to explore, but if you’ve signed up for a Program you can get exploring right away!
Check out your planned Workouts and Meal Guides in their tabs, go shopping with your automatic shopping list or start off by entering your measurements and goals. The App is your oyster, sis.
To get the most out of your fitness journey, we recommend starting off on the first day of any Program or Challenge. That way you know you’re jumping in with two feet and will have the best chance of smashing those goals! Plus, you’ll be experiencing your journey at the same time as so many other ladies, who are so excited to get to know you and support you along the way in our Community Forum!
You’ll find everything you need for pretty much every workout in the gym, but if you’re the homebody type we recommend having the following equipment on hand:

💪 Power bands
💪 Ankle weights
💪 A skipping rope
Wondering where you’re going to get your equipment? We’ve got (almost) all of it right here in our handy home equipment bundles! Not the dumbbells, or the bench. But you never know what’s coming next...
Not a problem! Each workout in your MWU App comes with regressions, progressions and exercise swaps to work out the same muscle groups. If you’re looking for something completely different, head to your Workout Library and choose your own way to move.
We know sometimes even the most delish meals might not be what you’re after, so we made swapping your dishes easy!
If you’re after something particular, you can easily add an item to your day from your Favourite Meals or our Recipes, and if you want a whole new Meal Guide you can now browse through Meal Guides suited to your macros in just one click.
With every Challenge and Program we do check-ins to see how your journey is going, and importantly, how you’re feeling. It might take your body time to adjust to a new eating pattern, but if you’re finding that you’re feeling really hungry or really full, this is the time where you can tell us and we’ll make adjustments to your Meal Guide.
We’re glad you asked, girl! This has been one of our most requested features, and we’re so excited that we’ve released a ‘Favourites’ section in your Recipes! Now, all you need to do is heart react the meal you’re loving and you'll be able to find it under Recipe or Workout Library in each tab whenever you’re craving it!!
Adjustable serving sizes are a must for tailored eating! You can change the serving size by as small as 0.5 increments for accurate tracking on any dish in the App.
Simply go into the recipe and hit the +/- next to the serving size and your ingredients and macros will instantly update.
This is super handy for planning a few days of meal prep or making a meal for the entire fam. You can also use this feature if you want to add some more calories to your day without doubling the meal, or if you weren’t as hungry as you thought and only ate half your meal.
And this feature doesn’t just apply to your Meal Guide… You can add any meal from our Recipe Library to your day and edit those serving sizes too!
Helpful tip! Editing your servings also adjusts to your Shopping List, so don’t forget to “Refresh” it to see the changes instantly before you hit the grocery store.
Answer: your new best friend! Flavour Boosters are a low/no-calorie way to add flavour and variation to your meals. As you increase your meal servings you may also want to increase the amount of Flavour Boosters you add to the meal.
You’ll notice they don’t adjust along with the serving size, but that doesn’t mean you can’t add more! We recommend adjusting the amount in equal amounts to your serving size (if you’re doubling your serving size, double the amount of Flavour Boosters), or to your taste.
We decided to say see ya to this option because we strongly believe that adhering to a rigid meal structure isn't necessary to achieve your goals!
As long as you're meeting your daily nutritional targets, you can mix, match and combine your meals in any order while still smashing your health and fitness goals.
You might still notice that one of your meals will always be marked as “Post Workout” — this delicious meal, packed with protein and carbs, is perfect for replenishing your energy and assisting in recovery after a tough session.
If that meal doesn't suit your day (say, it's spaghetti bolognese and you're currently training to beat the sunrise) don't stress! The rest of your meals for the day are still there to help fuel your body.
We removed our recommendations to reflect our stance on supplements — that for most people they're completely optional, and aren't a defining factor in your fitness journey or success!
Of course, there's absolutely nothing wrong with safely using nutritional supplements following a discussion with your healthcare provider.
However, everyone is different — so what’s suitable and beneficial for one person, may not be ideal for the next.
The only exception to this is protein powders, which we do incorporate into our Meal Guides. This is done for 2 main reasons; convenience, and allowing for more creativity with your macro-friendly meals.
If you're not into protein supplements, no sweat! You can always use the Food Swap feature to replace these, or choose a different meal/recipe altogether.
We’re all about sharing your journey, triumphs and celebrating you here at MWU, and we want you to feel the same! So we released an option for you to share your journey. Whether it’s a post-workout selfie, a meal you’re loving or you want to celebrate smashing another workout — you can now share it with the people you love or your community of MWU sisters!
Need more help?
If your App is unexpectedly experiencing issues, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
2. Double check that you're logging in with the email address you used to purchase your Program
3. If things are still not acting quite right, Force Quit the App (click below for instructions)
4. Go for the ol' 'turn it off, then on again' trick and restart the device you're using by switching it on/off.
5. Ensure you're connected to Mobile Data or have a stable WIFI connection (our can hotspot off of your BFFs sweet unlimited data).
6. In the App but aren't seeing the right workouts for your Program or Challenge? Try toggling between the 'Dumbbell' and 'Home' icon on the top right screen of your Workouts Tab to change the workouts you're getting.
8. Curse technology then grab some Biscoff and sit down with the latest Kardashian season while we work our tech magic.
