Challenge: 6 Week - Team Shred
"Thank you, I have learnt so much over the past few weeks and let’s just say my results have definitely surprised me.
At the start of this challenge I was someone who was so scared of eating certain foods, constantly looking at foods as good and bad and only eating 600-800 calories per day, but after completing the 6 Week Shred I am now eating 1500-1600 calories per day, I am not scared of food anymore, I’m not looking at foods as good and bad but eating different foods in moderation, fueling my body correctly and I am enjoying my training sessions.
This challenge is the best thing I have joined and participated in so thank you because I have come out at the end wanting to take what I have learnt and to continue on with what has now changed my everyday lifestyle.️"
