This Program is based on Rachel’s mini-cut journey, focusing on sculpting and shaping your figure with resistance-based training, circuits and burnouts. If you’re looking for a FUN way to burn, tone and sculpt a balanced physique, this is for you. 


To put it simply, our TLM Program shares the exact regime that Rachel followed on her journey to becoming the 3x WBFF Bikini World Champion. Rachel has created her brand new Sculpt & Shred Program to provide you with first access to her current approach to training, which focuses more on resistance, varied workouts and cardio circuits. We can’t wait for you to fall in love with it!


For gym workouts, we recommend: Booty bands, a set of dumbbells, Yoga mat, Exercise ball, Medicine balls, Kettlebells, Bench, a set of ankle weights, and access to common exercise machines found in gyms

For home workouts, we recommend: a set of dumbbells, Skipping rope, Booty bands, a set of ankle weights, Exercise ball, Yoga mat, Bench, a bench or sturdy furniture.

We also have ‘no equipment’ exercise swaps to ensure you can effectively complete this Challenge from anywhere, even if you don’t have access to equipment!
