Our motivated Move With Us community have been asking for a short and fun challenge to help finish the year strong and we listened... Say hello to the 21 Day Countdown Challenge! 

Programmed by our 3 MWU Coaches, Rachel Dillon, Emma Dillon and Morgan Moroney, this challenge will see you mix up your training regime with 21 days of effective home and gym workouts.
