👙 TEAM BIKINI is our most popular Challenge Team, designed to help you create your ultimate bikini bod!
Over 6 weeks of intense training, you'll focus on sculpting an hourglass figure, by building lean muscle and strong glutes, to achieve a toned, feminine shape.
Team Bikini is all about a balanced training split, focusing on targeting every muscle group with dedicated strength and stability sessions to sculpt and shape a hourglass figure. Get ready for workouts including;
- Resistance and strength training
- Core strength and stability work
- Sculpting glute and leg workouts
- Fat loss focused HIIT workouts
- Cardio circuit options

Bikini 4.0 is the next progression from our most popular Challenge team, perfect for the advanced trainers who love what Bikini has to offer, and are ready to push themselves further than ever before.
Body sculpting masters Rachel and Emma Dillon have been trialling and testing these workouts to put together the most effective exercise combinations with rep ranges to perfection.
4.0 includes a mix of Team Bikini’s popular body sculpting training styles with ankle weight combos and core burners, as well as some brand new EMOM challenges and a focus on improving your full body mobility too.

🍑 TEAM BOOTY is the perfect Challenge Team for you if your primary goal is to build strong, lean legs and shape your glutes.
For the ultimate peach gains, Team Booty has got the perfectly balanced training split to help you grow and sculpt your lower body while still toning your figure all over.
Not only will you experience some killer hip thrusts and squat combos to build the booty of your dreams, get ready for a variety of training styles, including:
- Lower and upper body sculpting sessions
- Plyometric movements
- Muscle-focused strength training
- Low intensity cardio

When can I access my Challenge in the MWU App? 📲
You’ll receive access to your Challenge in the MWU App one week early on August 2nd, giving you plenty of time to fill out your questionnaire, choose your goal and get to know your way around the App before Day 1.
Can I start my Challenge at a later date? 🗓
App access to this Challenge is only valid for the 6 week Challenge period, to ensure that we’re all in this together and starting at the exact same place!
We want you to get the full Challenge experience, so for this reason, we don’t recommend starting at a later date.
The Challenge officially kicks off Monday August 9th, so mark your calendar and get ready to go!
Which goal should I choose? 💪
When you get started in the MWU App, you’ll have the option to select Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, or Both as your goal for this Challenge.
Choose Fat Loss if: Your main goal is to reduce your body fat and get leaner. You’ll be in a moderate calorie deficit, meaning you’ll be burning more energy than you’re consuming.
Choose Both if: You want to achieve steady fat loss while preserving muscle, or maintain a sculpted physique while you transition between Fat Loss and Muscle Gain.
Choose Muscle Gain if: You’re looking to increase your lean muscle mass. You’ll be in a calorie surplus, meaning you’ll be consuming slightly more than you burn, giving you the fuel you need to grow that muscle!
When do we get Before and After graphics? 📸
You’ll get your Before graphic a few days before your Challenge begins, and to be in the draw to win the Challenge prize you’ll need to take a Before and After pic with your graphics so we can celebrate your progress. We’ll email you all the details you need to know!
What Equipment will I need at home? 🏋️♂️
You’ll find everything you need to transform in the gym, but if you’re working out at home we recommend having a set of dumbbells, a bench/sturdy furniture, an exercise ball, resistance bands, booty bands, ankle weights and skipping rope on hand. You can shop our staple home and gym merchandise on our website.
Can I change Teams or Rounds? 💭
Re-thinking your Challenge choice? No problem, sis! You can change your Team or Round up until your first day of the Challenge. Just send us an email to let our team know and we’ll take care of it.
