Tis’ The Season for Treating

Tis’ The Season for Treating

At Move With Us, we're big advocates that there's always room for dessert, and that's especially true during the festive season!

Even beyond the indulgent festive months, we like to follow the 80/20 approach, where 80% of our food intake is from nutritious whole foods, while 20% is left for soul foods, like your Grandma’s favourite Christmas cookies.

We're so excited to bring you an extra sweet treat, with our range of BRAND NEW Meal Guides in the Move With Us App, which include a delicious dessert as your 5th meal of the day.

To give you a taste, here are 5 of our favourite desserts from the Move With Us App, to enjoy with your family and friends this festive season!
